DEPOSIT:

$200 -- If you are applying for Heritage Tours 2013, the deposit is non-refundable. Due to certain tour events, office costs, hotel and transportation deposits, this policy is necessary. We also hope it will discourage dropouts. This is standard procedure among tour companies.

COST:

$2200 -- Payable over 8 months to May 23, 2013. This includes the deposit amount. Price is subject to change because of uncertain fuel costs.
Our Refund Policy: If you cancel within 2 weeks prior to the tour departure, 50% of the total cost will not be refundable. Once the tour begins, no refunds will be given.

Cost Includes:
bus transportation (7000 miles)
19 nights hotel accommodations
2 meals a day (student pays for 1 meal a day)
Broadway play
all entrance fees to national sites
guide book & songs
banquets, incentive pins, gifts
tour guides and other tour related costs

Additional costs to participants:
Souvenirs, treats, 1 meal a day, 1 venue in Niagara Falls.
(Our suggestion: $200 - $350 to cover these personal items)
