Tour Cost


$250 — If you are applying for Heritage Tours 2018, the deposit is non-refundable. Due to certain tour events, office costs, hotel and transportation deposits, this policy is necessary. This is standard procedure among tour companies.


$2475 –This includes the deposit amount. Payable over 9 months from September to May 15, 2018. Total cost also includes over $200 that is refunded back to the student for meals. 

Price is subject to change because of uncertain fuel costs.

All money is due no later than May 15th. A late fee of $50 will be applied for payments made after May 15, 2018.

Our Refund Policy: If you cancel within 2 weeks prior to the tour departure, 50% of the total cost will not be refundable. Once the tour begins, no refunds will be given.

Cost Includes:Washington Monument
-bus transportation
-hotel accommodations
-two meals a day (student pays for 1 meal a day)
-Broadway play
-all entrance fees to national sites
-guide book & songs
-banquets, incentive pins, gifts
-tour guides and other tour related costs

Additional costs to participants:
Souvenirs, treats, 1 meal a day, 1 venue in Niagara Falls.
(Our suggestion: $250 – $350 to cover these personal items)
